RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Last updated: July 2026

Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sovereign Vitality purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for UK customers, and within 45 days of delivery for international customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it

Please note: for hygiene and health protection reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any supplements that have been opened. This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to Request a Return Before sending any items back, please contact us first at info@sovereignvitality.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the product if it is damaged or faulty

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged
  • International customers are responsible for any customs or duties incurred on returned items

Damaged or Faulty Products If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sovereignvitality.com. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, regardless of whether the product has been opened.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at hello@sovereignvitality.com.
